Ambrosi Burrata
A fresh Italian cow’s milk cheese, made from mozzarella and cream. Burrata means ‘buttered’ in Italian. The outer shell of the cheese is mozzarella and the inside is succulent and soft from the mozzarella and cream combination. It’s delicious with salad, prosciutto, fresh tomatoes with olive oil, or pasta. Burratina is smaller in size than the typical burrata.
